Which is fantastic news but we are always looking
to grow and be an even stronger community.

We had another great Timebank virtual coffee morning today. We have one every Monday 10-12 and another on Thursdays 11-12. Please make contact if you want more information or need any support in accessing them.

Coronavirus – The current updated information from the Government: stay at home as much as possible work from home if you can limit contact with other people keep your distance if you go out (2 metres apart where possible) wash your hands regularly
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week
MIND have shared that one of the most common coping strategies many of us are using during this times is connecting with friends and family online.

reach out to someone who needs a friend with a positive message
or share with them your own tips for coping and
make sure they don’t have to face this pandemic alone.
